Versatile hydrogel technology for cell culture and analysis
Our new Application Note explores the use of CLEX technology for the efficient encapsulation and assay of microbes.
Microbeads were immobilized onto surfaces pre-patterned with poly(ethyleneimine) or PEI, assessed for viability and clones selected and expanded from single microbeads. The resulting microarrays of cell-laden beads offer a versatile platform for the screening and isolation of cells.
